これはアメリカの南料理です。この野菜は「Ｃｏｌｌａｒｄ Ｇｒｅｅｎｓ」と言うキャベツ族にある野菜です。たまねぎとにんにくとしょうがを入れてあげます。後は右は塩っ辛い豆です。日本人はよくそんな豆でなれないでしょう？けど、おいしいです。食べてみてください。
