お母さん: 遅れるなら、電話してね。
お姉ちゃん: 家族関数がご利用なんだから。
お兄ちゃん:ちょっと瞥見で電話してて
お父さん(犬): おまえには瞥見などない！

お兄ちゃん：ちょっと別件で電話していて I was phoning (someone else) about another matter.
お父さん（犬）：おまえに（は）別件などない。(I am not too clear on this but literally) You don’t have other matters, or “perhaps don’t make excuses”.
I am not aware of the meaning of 瞥見 other than from a dictionary, where it is glossed as glance.
