		<description>Make sure that the 707SCII you have is also GPRS unlocked (whoever you bought it from would have loudly proclaimed if it was). If it's not GPRS unlocked, you won't be able to get into the settings. But if it is, you'll be able to find it in the settings menu under connections.

Power-cycling just means to turn the phone off, then back on. Just as with computers, etc.

browser settings to set the internet settings ? and their is no where to put
Ip addreses or URL"s ? And my phone is unlocked ? i use t-mobile also.

So any help or suggestions well be helpful , what is power cycling ?? and 
how do you do that .

In our Western culture, we're conditioned to think of animal sacrifice as evil because of Christian influence, even though factory farms are arguably more cruel than any ritual sacrifice.

Does economic competition lead to wars? When trade is mutually beneficial? I think what I was trying to get at was something like, we should find a way to make people's tribal tendencies have good results, instead of bad results. Since people are competitive with out-group by nature, let that competition be something where both sides benefit, rather than fight a strong natural urge.</description>
